| Objectives |
- Familiarize oneself with the structure of the Government and how its functions are carried out.
- Understand the proper office management procedures and record-keeping practices in public offices.
- Enhance skills in providing quality customer service in the public sector.
- Comprehend the Public Service Act, Cap 298, along with its 2019 amendments.
- Increase awareness of the Public Service Regulations of 2022.
- Understand the public service code of ethics and conduct.
- Understand the Public Service Standing Orders 2009.
- Acquire knowledge on retirement preparation and introduce them to available investment opportunities (such as UTT and AMIS) as retirement strategies.
- Acquire knowledge on health-related issues including HIV/AIDS and chronic non-communicable diseases.
- Enhance understanding of office confidentiality and security within the Government.
