Objectives	Understand the structure and functions of Government. Apply effective office management procedures and records management practices. Improve customer service delivery in the public service. Comprehend the provisions of the Public Service Act, Cap. 298 and its amendments. Understand the Public Service Regulations, 2022. Apply the Public Service Code of Ethics and Conduct. Interpret and apply the Public Service Standing Orders, 2009. Gain basic knowledge of retirement planning and investment opportunities. Enhance awareness of HIV/AIDS, communicable and non-communicable diseases. Strengthen understanding of office confidentiality and government security.
