Objectives	Understand the purpose, scope, and methodology of Training Needs Assessment (TNA). Conduct organisation-wide, job-level, and individual TNA effectively. Analyse training needs data and identify priority training interventions. Prepare a comprehensive and realistic Training Plan (TP) aligned with institutional objectives. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of training plans. Apply legal and policy requirements in planning and managing public service training.
